What You Should Know:
1. Never drive a car that could be unsafe due to accident damage.
2. Most insurance companies will want to see your car before it is repaired. You can take it to them or leave your car at our shop and have the insurance company inspect it there.
3. You are not required by law to get more than one estimate.
4. You have the right to go to the shop of your choice. The insurance company cannot make you go to a specific shop.
5. Estimate price variation is common. A lower cost estimate may not include all work that is needed to repair your car to pre-accident condition. If you do not understand the differences in estimates, please ask us.
6. If your car is 6 years old or newer, you have the right for new O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. This will vary with insurance companies.
